Shipping Policy
At Sahasure, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.
We offer shipping across India.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to track your delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional ₹100 handling charge.
Sahasure is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to have the best experience with Sahasure. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
The sealed package
The product
Tags
Any visible defect or issue
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for certain cases to ensure you get the right product.
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are applicable for:
Size issues
Defective or damaged items
Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the package and product along with the reason for exchange.
Products must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition with tags intact
Once we receive the original item, Sahasure will ship the exchanged product.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
